Shipping the Bike
Well, I’m doing it again. Another long bicycle tour. There’s the bike ready to be shipped to International Falls, Minnesota. I will fly up there on Monday, June 10th, and plan on starting out on Wednesday, June 12th.
From International Falls I will cycle up to the Angle Inlet of Minnesota to the northernmost point in the contiguous 48 states. I then will eventually cycle to Key West, Florida, and the southernmost point of the continental United States.
The first part of the journey, as described above, will be from International Falls and far northern Minnesota back home to Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. I hope arrive back home in early July where I will spend the rest of July and August. I will resume the journey in early September, leaving from my home in Menomonee Falls, and hope to arrive at Key West sometime in mid October.
But I’m not quite done yet. From Key West I will take a ferry up to Fort Meyers, Florida, and cycle from there to Orlando, Florida. There I will attend the annual conference of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine in late October. Wish me luck!
